Use this message:

✅ Step 3: Book Call or Close in DM
If they’re warm:
“Cool, let’s hop on a quick 15-min call. Here’s my calendar: [link]”
If they’re ready to book directly:
“If everything looks good, I can send the invoice + onboarding steps now.”
Use urgency:
“This is one of 3 spots I have open this month—I'll hold it for 24 hrs.”
✅ Step 4: Invoice + Onboarding
- Invoice: Stripe, Square, or PayPal
- Contract: HelloSign or Dubsado
- Shared Folder: Google Drive or Notion
- Form: Google Form or Typeform for onboarding
Add a branded folder, a Loom walkthrough, and fast email follow-up.
✅ Step 5: Deliver → Testimonial → Upsell
After delivery, ask:
“What did you love most about working with us?”

Then upsell:
