✅ Step 1: Qualify the Lead

Ask these 3 questions in DM or call:

  • Money: Have you worked with a content creator before?
  • Need: What kind of content are you needing help with and why?
  • Timeline: Are you looking to start this month or later?

If they say “I’m just exploring,” kindly point them to this free resource.

✅ Step 2: Send One Offer Only

Based on their needs, match them to one offer (e.g. Starter Bundle, Retainer, Mastermind).

Use this message:

“Based on what you said, I recommend our [Offer Name].
It includes X reels, Y photos, and a full strategy plan—perfect for [goal].
Want me to send the details or a booking link?”

✅ Step 3: Book Call or Close in DM

If they’re warm:

“Cool, let’s hop on a quick 15-min call. Here’s my calendar: [link]

If they’re ready to book directly:

“If everything looks good, I can send the invoice + onboarding steps now.”

Use urgency:

“This is one of 3 spots I have open this month—I'll hold it for 24 hrs.”

✅ Step 4: Invoice + Onboarding

  • Invoice: Stripe, Square, or PayPal
  • Contract: HelloSign or Dubsado
  • Shared Folder: Google Drive or Notion
  • Form: Google Form or Typeform for onboarding

Add a branded folder, a Loom walkthrough, and fast email follow-up.

✅ Step 5: Deliver → Testimonial → Upsell

After delivery, ask:

“What did you love most about working with us?”
“What kind of growth or results did you see?”

Then upsell:

“If you want to keep the momentum going, we’ve got 2 retainer spots this month. Want the details?”
